Terms and Conditions:

• repcreative.ca’s Creative Directory is a promotional tool for newcomer and BPCO-identifying creative professionals (“Members”) residing in Canada to showcase their creative products and services to potential clients and/or employers.

• repcreative.ca bears no responsibility for client or employment engagements, contracts, or agreements developed independently between Members of the Creative Directory and clients or employers.

• repcreative.ca will periodically contact Members to reaffirm membership in the Creative Directory and/or update Member Profile content or information.

• Members must upload only original creative products and have full copyright permissions for use of all content uploaded to a Member Profile portfolio to be published in the Creative Directory.
• recreative.ca reserves the right to reject any submission to the Creative Directory.

• Content deemed inappropriate or offensive at the discretion of repcreative.ca will be deleted from the Member Profile and the Member may also be removed from the Creative Directory.
